Mouse! [Owltree]

"Come on... Come on!" The small lil' kitten was waiting in the bushes, in front of him sat a brown mouse, waiting for some reason too flee. The kitten doesn't really know where he was waiting for. Just because this was one of the first times that he actually was catching a mouse. He thought that it wasn't that hard, but now he changed his mind. This was damn hard to do, ya know. This was the .. third of fourth mouse he was stalking, but the pastt ones always fled when they heard him. Lostpaw was frustrating that he didn't catch anything. Only because he still doesn't have a mentor, so nowbody could teach him catching mice. And that's what he hated the most, because he wants to be important for the Clan. He wants to do something good for ThunderClan. But because he's just a poor hunter, they would say that he was only a piece of shit. Not good enough for the Clan.
Lostpaw sighed and sat down on the ground, he gave up his mouse and was looking around. It was boring around Owltree. He hoped that some other Clan cats would come here, maybe he could ask a warrior then or he would teach him something... With a new goal in his mind, he looks around, waiting for a warrior.

With soundless steps a muscular brown tabby tomcat moved trough the bushes. His deepgreen eyes peered around, looking for some prey. Today was actually his day of but he did non want to spend a full day doing nothing. He wanted to do something usefull for his Clan, like allways. The moment that the scent of a mouse reached his nose he turned his brutal-looking head en sank down into the grass. The mouse was running towards him, and Thunderstrike started to wander what was up the mouse' mind. The moment the brown colored mouse came into his eyesight, he jumped. With his sharp claws he pinned the little animal to the ground en killed it quickly. Another scent reached his nose, another Clanmember was out here. It was an apprentice for sure. Slowly Thunderstrike picked up the mouse he had just caught and moved towards the scent. The scent was leading him to the Owltree. Quietly he crawled into the bushes en stared for a moment. The apprentice sitting there was Lostpaw, ans he seemed to be waiting for something or someone. Slowly Thunderstrike stepped out of the bushes, al little louder than normal because he didn't want to scare the young apprentice of. usually he did due to his brutal appearance. That was one of the things he never wished, he never wanted to scare others off but it happend quite a lot lately. He walked towards the young tomcat en placed his fresh caught mouse on the ground. ''Hello there Lostpaw,'' he said with his deep and strong voice. A small smile showed up at his face as he sat down in front of the apprentice. ''Are you waiting for someone?'' He asked friendly and looked around for a moment. Then he turned his head back to look at Lostpaw. Patiently waiting fot his awnser.

His yellow eyes were looking at every point they could see. There wasn't very much too see, all the things here he already knows.
Lostpaw's ears flicked forward when he heard another cat. The smell told him that it was Thunderstrike, one of the warriors of ThunderClan. Finally, he could talk with a real warrior. Hopely he would teach him something, so that he isn't that helpless anymore. With a grin on his face he watched Thunderstrike and noticed the fresh-kill between his jaws. He looked at the fresh-kill and sighed in silence. That could be his mouse. ''Hello there Lostpaw,'' Lostpaw was still looking at the mouse, but he put up his head when he heard the deep and strong voice of the warrior. "Hey Thunderstrike," he said with respect en lowerd his head a little bit to show his respect for the warrior. [i]''Are you waiting for someone?''[/b] Lostpaw waits for a moment, should he tell the truth? Or should Thunderstrike think then that he was just frustrated because he didn't has a mentor... He didn't really know what to do and shakes his head. "Not that I know. I was just here... Sitting," hij looked the warrior in his eyes and hopes that he didn't saw that it wasn;t the complete truth. "Why are you here?" He held his head a little bit oblique when he said the question and looked at the warrior. he was really impressed because of him and wonders if he could be as strong as Thunderstrike when he should be a warrior...

Thunderstrike noticed the look that Lostpaw shot at his mouse and smiled for a moment. "Hey Thunderstrike," was the awnser of the young apprentice after he greeted him. The young tomcat lowerd his head a little and Thunderstrike knew it was out of respect. The young apprentice didn't awnser his question immediately, an for a momentit looked like Lostpaw was doubted about the awnser. Thunderstrike frowned when he saw Lostpaw shake his head, but the older warrior didn't say a word. "Not that I know. I was just here... Sitting," hushfully Thunderstrike met the gaze of th apprentice and nodded silently. But in his mind he had a different picture of this moment right now. "Why are you here?" Thunderstrike smiled again and curled his tail around his muscular front legs. ''Well, you know.'' He started and looked at the young cat. The same as always. Hunting for my Clan.'' He turnd his head to give a lik over his shoulder. When he turned his head back, he looked down on Lostpaw with a friendly look. ''But what are you doing here then?'' He asked.
